✏️ Customize System Prompt

This topic describes how to customize system prompts and change it to the default prompt.

Background Information

IZT Cloud Voice provides multiple online prompts for your choice. If you want to use custom prompts, you must contact IZT Support to record your own prompt, and upload it to the PBX.

Prerequisites

ℹ️ Ensure the custom prompt file meets the following requirements:

  • File Type: WAV
  • Name: Special characters are not allowed.
  • File Size: Up to 100 MB

Procedure

  1. Contact IZT Support to record your own prompt.
  2. Upload the custom prompt:
  • a. Log into the PBX web portal, go to PBX Settings > Voice Prompt > System Prompt.
  • b. Click Upload System Prompt, select the .wav file from your local PC, then click Open.
  1. The uploaded prompt is displayed on the System Prompt list.
  2. In the Default column, set the desired system prompt to default.
  3. Click Save and Apply.

Result

The prompt is applied to the system.
