IZT Cloud Voice supports the following event levels:
- Information: Events that provide general information to recipients.
- Warning: Events that indicate system operations are not in ideal status and, therefore, attention should be given.
- Alert: Events that indicate an urgent issue. Alerts give a pop-up reminder on the right of the IZT PBX web portal.
Note: With default levels set to Alert, the system will NOT notify if you go ahead and change the level from Information or Warning to Alert.
Notification Contacts and Methods
You can specify event notification contacts at system event levels and notify users in the following ways when events trigger:
- Send Email
- Call Extension
- Send SMS
More details: Manage Notification Contacts
Notification Email Templates
The default notification method is to send an email for a specific contact. The system will send notification emails in corresponding email templates with specified event details. You can customize the email template to match your notification needs.

Auto Cleanup of Event Logs
