Extension Visibility Management

This topic describes how to set up and manage extension visibility rules in IZT Cloud Voice.

Set Up Extension Visibility

By default, all users can view all departments of the default extension group in IZT Cloud Voice. Depending on your needs, you can set up extension visibility rules.

Procedure

Log in to the IZT Cloud Voice web portal, go to Extension and Trunk > Client Permission > Extension Visibility.

The default extension visibility is displayed.

Click Add Rule to set the rule:

  • β€’ Select desired values from the drop-down lists.
  • β€’ Check the Organization Management Enabled checkbox.

Set the rule:

β€’ Adjust values as needed based on your organization structure.

Click Save.

Result

In IZT Cloud Voice, users can view the extensions, extension groups, or departments that are visible to them.

Note: Users can NOT make calls to the extensions that they cannot view.
