βž• Add an 'Outbound Call Frequency Restriction' Rule

For security purposes, we recommend that you use Outbound Call Frequency Restriction to reduce the number of outbound calls a user can originate in a certain period.

Procedure

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Security > Security Rules > Outbound Call Frequency Restriction, click Add.
  2. In the pop-up window, configure the following settings:
  • In the Name field, set a name to help you identify the rule.
  • Optional: Enter a description in the Description field.
  • Click Add and set the restriction parameters:
  • Number of Calls: Set the limit on the number of calls.
  • Time Period: Set a specific time period, and then select the time unit as Minutes or Seconds.
  • Click Save and Apply.
