β Add an 'Outbound Call Frequency Restriction' Rule
For security purposes, we recommend that you use Outbound Call Frequency Restriction to reduce the number of outbound calls a user can originate in a certain period.
Procedure
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to Security > Security Rules > Outbound Call Frequency Restriction, click Add.
- In the pop-up window, configure the following settings:
- In the Name field, set a name to help you identify the rule.
- Optional: Enter a description in the Description field.
- Click Add and set the restriction parameters:
- Number of Calls: Set the limit on the number of calls.
- Time Period: Set a specific time period, and then select the time unit as Minutes or Seconds.
- Click Save and Apply.
