This topic describes the requirements for audio files to be uploaded to the IZT Cloud Voice system.
Applications of Audio Files
You may need to upload a custom audio file in the following scenarios:
- Voicemail greetings
- Custom prompt
- Local audio MoH playlists
Audio File Requirements
Audio files to be uploaded to the PBX must meet the following requirements:

| File Name | Should NOT contain special characters. |
| File Size | Up to 8 MB. |
| Format | Supported encodings: |
| - .wav PCM, 8kHz, 16kHz, 128bps | |
| - .mp3 MP3, 8kHz, 16kHz, 128kbps, 64kbps | |
| - .gsm GSM, 8kHz, 64kbps | |
| - .alaw/.ulaw G.711, 8bit, 8000 Hz |
