β° Set up Parking Timeout Destination
If a parked call is not retrieved after 60 seconds, the call will be transferred back to the originator. You can set up the parking timeout and timeout destination. This topic describes how to set up the parking timeout destination for an unretrieved call.
Procedure
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Feature Code > Call Parking.
- In the Timeout Period field, set the parking timeout.
- In the Parking Timeout Destination field, select the parking destination.

- Call Internal Route: Route handling inside PBX extensions/settings:
- External Number: Routing defining external settings:
- Save Apply confirming expected:
