⇅ Export and Import 'Outbound Call Frequency Restriction' Rules

The Outbound Call Frequency Restriction rules configured in your IZT Cloud PBX can be exported and saved as a template. You can easily import this template to configure the same set of rules on another PBX.

Export 'Outbound Call Frequency Restriction' Rules

1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Security > Security Rules > Outbound Call Frequency Restriction.
2. Click Export CSV.
3. A CSV file containing the current rules will be downloaded to your computer.

Import 'Outbound Call Frequency Restriction' Rules

1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Security > Security Rules > Outbound Call Frequency Restriction.
2. In the top-right window, click Browse and select your CSV file.
3. Click Import to complete the operation.

Prerequisites

Requirements for an imported file:

• Format: UTF-8 CSV
• Size: Less than 5 MB
• Length: Rule name must be 127 characters or fewer.
• The template must match system parameter requirements.
