Export and Import Trunk Outbound Caller IDs

The outbound caller IDs configured in IZT Cloud Voice can be exported and saved as a template. You can fill in desired outbound caller IDs in the exported file, and import the file to PBX again. This topic describes how to export and import outbound caller ID list.

Export All Outbound Caller ID List

You can export all outbound caller ID list to a CSV file and make additions, removals, and save it as a template.

Procedure

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Extension and Trunk > Trunk. Edit the desired trunk.
  2. Go to the Outbound Caller ID List tab, then click Export.
  3. A CSV file is created and downloaded to your device. To see the parameter details, see Outbound Caller ID Parameters.

Import Outbound Caller ID List

It is recommended to export outbound caller ID list to a CSV file first and use the file as a template to fill in your outbound caller IDs.

Prerequisites

  • Format: UTF-8 CSV
  • File Size: Less than 5 MB
  • Filename: Less than 1287 characters
  • Ensure all the parameters meet requirements. For more information, see Outbound Caller ID Parameters.

Procedure

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Extension and Trunk > Trunk. Edit the desired trunk.
  2. Go to the Outbound Caller ID List tab, click Import.
  3. In the pop-up window, click Browse, and select your CSV file.
  4. Click OK to start the import process.
  5. The outbound caller ID list in the CSV file will be displayed in the Outbound Caller ID List.
