๐งน Auto Cleanup Settings
Data of IZT Cloud Voice is stored in a default storage area. IZT Cloud Voice provides an Auto Cleanup feature, which can regularly and optionally clean up CDR records, voicemails, backup files, log files, and chat messages. This topic describes how to set the auto cleanup settings for various types of data.
CDR Auto Cleanup
Setting | Description |
---|---|
Max Number of CDR | Set the maximum number of CDR records the system should retain. When it reaches the maximum number of records, the oldest CDR will be deleted automatically. Default value: 80,000. |
CDR Preservation Days | Set the maximum number of days CDR should be stored in the system. When it reaches the max days, the oldest CDR will be deleted automatically. Default value: 180. |
Voicemail Auto Cleanup
Setting | Description |
---|---|
Max Number of Voicemail | Set the maximum number of voicemails the system should retain. When it reaches the maximum number, the oldest voicemail file will be deleted automatically. Default value: 500. |
Voicemail Preservation Days | Set the maximum number of days voicemails should be stored in the system. When it reaches the max days, the oldest voicemail will be deleted automatically. Default value: 180. |
External Chat Data Auto Cleanup
Setting | Description |

Max Number of External Chat Data | Set the maximum number of external chat data records that the system should retain. When it reaches the maximum number, the oldest chat data will be deleted automatically. Default value: 500. |
External Chat Data Preservation Days | Set the maximum number of days that external chat data should be stored in the system. When it reaches the max days, the oldest chat data will be deleted automatically. Default value: 180. |
System Backup Files Auto Cleanup
Setting | Description |
---|---|
Max Number of System Backup Files | Set the maximum number of backup files that the system should retain. When it reaches the maximum number, the oldest backup file will be deleted automatically. Maximum value: 5. |
System Backup Preservation Days | Set the maximum number of days that system backup files should be stored in the system. When it reaches the max days, the oldest backup file will be deleted automatically. Default value: 30. |
Event Logs Auto Cleanup
Setting | Description |
---|---|
Max Number of Logs | Set the maximum number of logs that the system should retain. When it reaches the maximum number, the oldest logs will be deleted automatically. Default value: 5,000. |
Log Preservation Days | Set the number of days that logs should be stored in the system. When it reaches the max days, the oldest logs will be deleted automatically. Default value: 180. |

Email Sent Logs Auto Cleanup
Setting | Description |

Max Number of Email Sent Logs | Set the maximum number of email sent logs that should be retained. When it reaches the max number, the oldest logs will be deleted automatically. Default value: 50,000. |
Logs Preservation Days | Set the maximum number of days the email sent logs should be retained. When it reaches the max days, the oldest logs will be deleted automatically. Default value: 365. |
Operation Logs Auto Cleanup

System Logs Auto Cleanup

Max Storage Usage (MB) | Set the maximum storage size (in MB) for system logs. When it reaches the max value, the oldest logs in the package will be deleted automatically. Maximum value: 15. |
