πŸ“₯ Set up Group Voicemail for a Ring Group

You can set up a Group Voicemail for a ring group. All members of the ring group will get notified when a group voicemail message is received.

Procedure

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Voicemail > Group Voicemail.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Under General tab, configure the following settings:

Setting Information for Ring Group Voicemail

Group VoicemailEnter Group Voicemail NameThis is the name that will identify voicemail received. We recommend a descriptive name for easy identification.
Voicemail PIN AuthenticationAdd PINSelect the members: Enter the group members to be included in the group voicemail. All the members added here share access.
Play Caller IDOptionalPlay the caller’s information before voicemail plays.
Play Call TimeOptionalThe default time before the call time information plays.
Max Message DurationOptionalSpecify the maximum duration for recording an individual voicemail message.
  1. In the Members section, add agents as group members who belong to the selected Ring Group.
  • Update Voicemail Greeting under General.
  1. Click Save and Apply.

The created greeting settings are shared with members.
