πŸ”§ Allow Users to Override Time Condition on Operator Panel

By default, all the users cannot override time condition on the operator panel. To allow users to override time condition on Operator Panel, follow instructions in the topic to grant permissions to specific users.

Restrictions

On Operator Panel, only one time condition for Global Business Hours can be overridden.

Procedure

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Extension and Trunk > Extension Group.
  2. In the Extension Group page, click the extension group that you want to open the time period for, and customize permissions. For example, assign a custom user type to a group member.
  3. Assign a custom user type to a group member:
  4. Click Group Permission tab.
  5. Select Custom User.
  6. In Permission Configuration section, select the checkbox of Switch Business Hours and Holidays Status.
Extension Group Manager Permissions
  1. Click Save and Apply.

Result

On Operator Panel, the user whose user type is Manager can click πŸ”„ to override the time condition for Global Business Hours.
