π§ Set up an IVR
IZT Cloud Voice provides easy-to-create menus allowing you to set up an IVR and keep up with changing requirements. This topic describes the steps to set up an IVR.
Procedure
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > IVR, click Add.
- In the Basic tab, under Settings, set the following:
IVR Basic Settings Information
Setting | Description |
---|---|
Name | Specify your IVR name. Use a unique identifier ensures easier recognition. |
Number | Specify a virtual number for callers to access the IVR. |
Key Press Events | Choose how the IVR handles caller inputs during the response. |
Dial Extensions Key. | Enable users to press a number to pass along extensions to the diverted calls. |

Users press: Transfer to the desired extension:

Response Events: Specifies call as user prompted by IVR call prompt, continued by IVR.
