🗄️ Remote Archiving Overview
IZT Cloud Voice supports archiving and allows the system to export call recordings and backup files to external servers via FTP, SFTP, Amazon S3, and Google Cloud Storage. This feature enables less space occupancy and minimized data risk on PBX, as well as efficient data storage management.

- PBX Firmware: Version 84.15.0.2 or later
- PBX Plan: Ultimate Plan

- Archive Server: 10
- Archive Task: 200
Archiving Workflow
| Step | Description |
|---|---|
| Prepare an Eligible Account and Container on External Server | Create an account with read and write permission. |
| Add External Server as Archive Server on PBX | Add FTP Server, SFTP Server, Amazon S3, or Google Cloud Storage as an archive server to store PBX files. |
| Create Archive Tasks on PBX | Set proper settings to transfer the files periodically or manually. |
