🔼 Upload a Custom Prompt
This topic describes how to upload a custom prompt.
Prerequisites
ℹ️ Prepare an audio file that meets the following requirements:
- File Format: WAV
.wav - Encoding: PCM, 16-bit, 8 kHz, Mono
- Size: Up to 100 MB

Procedure
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to PBX Settings > Voice Prompt > Custom Prompt.
- Click Upload New Prompt.
- In the pop-up window, select an audio file from your local PC and click Open.
Result
The uploaded file is displayed on the Custom Prompt page.
