Monitor Extension Status by BLF Key
This guide explains how to configure a BLF (Busy Lamp Field) key to monitor the status of a specific extension.
Prerequisites
The phone is connected to IZT Cloud Voice via Auto Provisioning.
The phone has been assigned an extension.
Procedure
Step 1: Set Up a Function Key for Extension Monitoring
Configure the BLF key settings:

Log in to the PBX web portal, go to Extension and Trunk > Extension, and edit the assigned extension.

Click the Function Keys tab.

Configure a function key:
Type:Select BLF.
Value:Select the extension to monitor from the dropdown list.
Label:Enter a value to display on the phone screen.

Click Save.
Step 2: Apply the Configuration to the IP Phone

Go to Auto Provisioning > Phones, click OK next to the desired phone.

In the pop-up window, click OK to confirm reprovisioning.
Result
The LED of the BLF key displays the real-time status of the extension:
Solid Green:The extension is idle.
Solid Red:The extension is on a call or in Do Not Disturb mode.
Flashing Red:The extension is ringing.
LED Off:The extension is not registered.
