Export and Import Trunk DIDs/DDIs Numbers
DID/DDIs numbers configured on IZT Cloud Voice can be exported and saved as a template. You can fill in the necessary DID numbers in the exported file and re-import the file back to IZT Cloud Voice. This topic describes how to export and import DID/DDIs numbers.
Export all DIDs/DDIs Numbers
You can export all DID/DDIs numbers to a CSV file and then make additions, removals, and save it as a template.
Procedure
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to Extension and Trunk > Trunk. Edit the desired trunk.
- Go to the DID/DDIs tab, click Export.
- A CSV file is created and downloaded to your device. To see the parameter details, see DID/DDIs Parameters.
Import DIDs/DDIs Numbers
It is recommended to export the DID/DDIs numbers to a CSV file first, and use the file as a template to fill in your desired numbers.
Prerequisites

- Format: UTF-8 CSV
- File Size: Less than 5 MB
- Filename: Less than 1287 characters
- Ensure all the parameters meet requirements. For more information, see DID/DDIs Parameters.
Procedure
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to Extension and Trunk > Trunk. Edit the desired trunk.
- Go to the DID/DDIs tab, click Import.
- In the pop-up window, click Browse, and select your CSV file.
- Click OK to start the import process.
- The DID/DDIs in the CSV file will be displayed in the DID/DDIs list.
