✉️ Configure Emergency Notification Email
By default, IZT Cloud Voice provides a default email template for emergency notification. You can also customize your own template.
Background information
By default, IZT Cloud Voice sends emergency notification emails in the language that you have set in the system email template. An emergency notification email contains the following information:
- Caller information: Includes emergency caller name and number, and emergency call ID.
- System information: Includes PBX named IZT Cloud Voice and its serial number.
Procedure
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Control > Emergency Number > Notification Contact.
- Click Email Template.
- In the Template drop-down list, select Custom.
- Edit email subject and content as needed.
- Click Save.
