π₯ Set up Group Voicemail for a Queue
You can set up a Group Voicemail for a queue. All agents of the queue will get notified when a group voicemail message is received.
Procedure
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Voicemail > Group Voicemail.
- Click Add.
- Under General, configure the following settings:
Setting Information for Group Voicemail
Type | Setting | Description |

Queue | Select a Queue | Select a queue. This queue will be associated with the created group voicemail box. This cannot be edited later. |
Group Voicemail | Enter Group Voicemail Name | This is the name that will identify voicemail received. We recommend a descriptive name for easy identification. |
Voicemail PIN Authentication | Add PIN | Select the members: Enter the queue members to be included in the group voicemail. All the members added here will share access and notifications. |
Play Caller ID | Optional | Play the callerβs information before voicemail plays. |
Play Call Time | Optional | The default time before the call time information plays when a voicemail message is played. |
Max Message Duration | Optional | Specify the maximum duration to record an individual voicemail message. |
- In the Members section, add the agents who belong to the selected queue.
- Comunicate to update Queue Voicemail with a setting name that identifies the queue members.
Adding a queue voicemail greeting will optimize user experience and simplify identification.
- Click Save and Apply.
