Automatically Switch Extension Presence
This guide explains how to configure automatic presence switching based on business hours and holidays.
Background Information
Assume that you have set Business Hours and Holidays in the PBX system. You want the presence status to switch accordingly.
Time Schedules:
Business Hours:Monday to Friday, 09:00-12:00 and 14:00-18:00 (Available).
Break Hours:Monday to Friday, 12:00-14:00 (Lunch Break).
Holidays:December 25 to January 5 (Off Work).
Outside Business Hours:All other times (Off Work).
Procedure
Follow these steps to configure automatic presence switching:

Log in to the PBX web portal, go to Extension and Trunk > Extension, edit the desired extension.

Go to the Features tab, then to Time-conditional Presence Auto Switch.

Configure presence based on the time schedule:
Business Hours:Status set to Available.
Break Hours:Status set to Lunch Break.
Holidays:Status set to Off Work.
Outside Business Hours:Status set to Off Work.

Click Save.
Result: Presence status will switch automatically.
