➕ Add a Speed Dial Number

This topic describes how to add a speed dial number.

Background Information

Assume that you have an outbound route that allows you to dial an external number (555) 123-456. You want to dial speed number 11 to reach the external number through the route. The speed dial prefix is enabled and set to *93.

Procedure

1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Speed Dial, click Add.
2. In the Speed Dial Number field, enter 11.
3. In the Phone Number field, enter (555) 123-456.
4. Click Save and Apply.

Result

Dial *9311 on your phone to call the external number (555) 123-456.
