Set up Attended Transfer

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Feature Code > Call Transfer.
  2. Select the checkbox of Attended Transfer to enable attended transfer.
  3. Customize the digit timeout if needed.
  4. Click Save and Apply.

Set up Blind Transfer

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Feature Code > Call Transfer.
  2. Select the checkbox of Blind Transfer to enable blind transfer.
