π§ Set up Call Transfer
This topic describes how to set up call transfer.
Set up Attended Transfer
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Feature Code > Call Transfer.
- Select the checkbox of Attended Transfer to enable attended transfer.
- Customize the digit timeout if needed.
- Click Save and Apply.
Set up Blind Transfer
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Feature Code > Call Transfer.
- Select the checkbox of Blind Transfer to enable blind transfer.
- Customize the digit timeout if needed.
- Click Save and Apply.
