🔌 Disconnect Speech to Text (STT) API Integration

After STT integration is set up on the PBX, you can directly disconnect the API service on the PBX if you don't need the Speech to Text feature anymore, or want to use a new API service.

Procedure

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Integrations > Speech to Text.
  2. In the STT API Configuration section, click Disconnect in the top-right corner.

  1. In the pop-up dialog box, click Confirm to disconnect the API service.
  2. The API service is disconnected, and the Status displays Disabled.

Result

The voicemail transcription feature is unavailable.
