This topic describes how to edit or delete scheduled paging calls and intercom calls.

Edit a Scheduled Paging/Intercom Call

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Paging/Intercom.
  2. Click the Scheduled Paging/Intercom tab.
  3. Click Edit (:editing:) beside the desired call.
  4. Click Save and Apply.

Delete a Scheduled Paging/Intercom Call

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Paging/Intercom.
  2. On the Scheduled Paging/Intercom page, click Delete (:delete:) beside the desired call.
  3. Click OK and Apply.

ℹ️ Note: The announcement will not be made on the specified date and time if deleted.
