🛠️ Manage Group Voicemails

This topic describes how to edit a group voicemail and delete group voicemails.

Edit a Group Voicemail

1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Voicemail > Group Voicemail.
2. Click the Edit button next to the desired group voicemail.
3. Change the settings according to your needs:

• Enable/Disable Voicemail Access PIN
• Change Voicemail Greetings
• Upload Voicemail Greetings

4. Click Save and Apply.

Delete Group Voicemails

1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Voicemail > Group Voicemail.
2. Select the checkboxes of the group voicemails you want to delete.
3. Click Delete.
4. In the pop-up window, click OK.
