This topic describes how to view and download operation logs on IZT Cloud Voice.

View Operation Logs

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Maintenance > Operation Logs.
  2. View the logs:
  • User: Query all user operations, or query operations by administrator or a specific extension.
  • Module: Query operations on all modules or query operations by specific module.
  • Date: Query operations by specific date and time.
  1. Optional: Click details beside the desired log to check operation details.

Download Operation Logs

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Maintenance > Operation Logs.
  2. To download all operation logs, click Download.
  3. To download particular logs, set the filter criteria, then click Download.

Operation logs are exported to a CSV file.
