π¨ Customize Email Template for Scheduled CDR
This topic describes how to customize the email template for scheduled CDR.
Background Information
By default, IZT Cloud Voice sends scheduled CDR in the pre-defined language and in a default email template. You can customize the email template to better suit your needs.
Procedure
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to Reports and Recordings > CDR.
- Under the Scheduled CDR tab, click Email Template.
- Configure template settings:
- In the Template drop-down list, select Custom.
- Edit email subject and content according to your needs.
- Click Save.
The PBX will send scheduled CDR using the customized email template.
