Export and Import Inbound Routes
The inbound routes configured in IZT Cloud Voice can be exported, edited, and re-imported. Follow the steps below to efficiently manage your inbound routes.
Export Inbound Routes
You can export all inbound routes to a CSV file.
π€ Export Steps:
- Log in to IZT Cloud Voice web portal, go to Call Control > Inbound Route.
- Click Export.
- A CSV file is created and downloaded to your device. To check and edit parameters in the CSV file, see Inbound Route Parameters.
Import Inbound Routes
We recommend exporting inbound route data to a CSV file first and using the file as a template to fill in your inbound routes.
Prerequisites

π File Requirements:
- Format: UTF-8 CSV
- File Size: Less than 5MB
- Maximum Length: Less than 1287 characters
- Ensure all the inbound route parameters meet requirements. For more information, see Inbound Route Parameters.
Procedures
π₯ Import Steps:
- Log in to IZT Cloud Voice web portal, go to Call Control > Inbound Route.
- Click Import.
- In the pop-up window, click Browse, and select your CSV file.
- Click OK to start the import process.
- The inbound routes in the CSV file will be displayed in the Inbound Route list.
