Manage Inbound Routes
After you create inbound routes, you can adjust the priority, edit, or delete the inbound routes.
Adjust Priority of Inbound Routes
A trunk can be selected in multiple inbound routes. When users call a trunk that is selected in multiple inbound routes, the system will route inbound calls according to the rule with the higher priority. You can adjust the priority of inbound routes according to your needs.
🆙 Adjust Priority:
- Log in to IZT Cloud Voice web portal, go to Call Control > Inbound Route.
- In the Inbound Route list, click and drag the routes to adjust their priority.
Edit an Inbound Route

🛠 Editing Routes:
To make changes to an existing inbound route, follow these steps:
- Log in to IZT Cloud Voice web portal, go to Call Control > Inbound Route.
- Click the Edit button next to the inbound route you want to edit.
- Make changes as needed.
- Click Save and Apply.
Delete an Inbound Route
🚮 Deleting Routes:
Carefully follow these steps to delete an inbound route:
- Log in to IZT Cloud Voice web portal, go to Call Control > Inbound Route.
- Click the Delete button next to the inbound route you want to delete.
- In the pop-up window, click Yes to confirm.
- Click Apply.
