This topic describes how to set recording prompts for internal calls, inbound calls, and outbound calls respectively.
Set up Recording Prompt for Internal Calls
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to PBX Settings > Voice Prompt > Custom Prompt, and update prompts.
- Select the recorded prompt for internal calls.
- Ensure the audio file meets system requirements.
The provided audio file should meet the requirements.
- Click Save and Apply.
Set up Recording Prompt for Inbound Calls

Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Recording.

In Inbound Call Recording, update the recording prompt for inbound calls.

Ensure the audio file meets system requirements.

Click Save and Apply.
Set up Recording Prompt for Outbound Calls
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to PBX Settings > Voice Prompt > Custom Prompt, upload or record the custom prompt for outbound calls.
- Ensure the audio file meets system requirements.
The provided audio file should meet the requirements.
- Click Save and Apply.
