Handle Incoming Calls Based on Caller ID

Configure how incoming calls are handled based on the caller's ID. Set up rules to automatically manage different types of incoming calls.

Procedure

Log in to the PBX web portal, go to Extension and Trunk > Extension, edit the desired extension.

Click Features.

In the Call Handling Based on Caller ID section, set up the rules according to your needs:

Calls Aided

β€’ Enter the Caller ID

β€’ Set a value for a specific number or pattern

Choose an action for how to handle incoming calls with the Caller ID:
Hang Up
Ring Extension
Play Greeting then Hang-up
Accept Call

Optional: To add additional rules, click the + icon to add more conditions.
Note: Accepting calls must be enabled through extension settings.

Click Save and Apply.

Result

After saving, incoming calls will be handled based on the rules defined for the specified Caller ID.

If you add multiple rules, the system will handle the calls based on the order of the rules applied.
