Manually Switch Extension Presence
This guide explains how to manually switch a user's presence status.
Procedure
Follow these steps to change presence status:

Log in to the PBX web portal, go to Extension and Trunk > Extension.

On the Extension list, find the desired extension.

In the Presence column, select a status from the dropdown list.

Click a blank space to confirm.

Click Apply.
Result: The new presence status is synchronized with IZT Cloud Voice clients.
