π Manage Company Phonebooks
The IZT Cloud Voice Phonebooks feature allows you to group company contacts in an organized way and implement robust control over users' access to each phonebook.
IZT Cloud Voice supports two kinds of company phonebooks:
- PBX server phonebook: Stores company contacts created on the PBX web portal and IZT Cloud Voice clients.
- CRM-synchronized company phonebook: Stores company contacts synced from the integrated CRM.

π‘ Note: Phonebooks synchronized from CRM cannot be edited or deleted.
π Sections
Use the sections below to accomplish any of the following tasks.
β Adding Company Phonebooks

- Login to PBX Web Portal:
- Navigate to the Contacts tab.
- Select Phonebooks.
- Click Add.
- Enter Phonebook Details:
- In the Phonebook Name field, enter a name.
- Select Members:
- In the Members section, specify the contacts to add:
- All Contacts: Select All Company Contacts from the drop-down list.
- Specific Contacts: Select specific company contacts from the drop-down list, then click Add.
- Save the Phonebook:
- Click Save.
π Note: Any newly added company contact is automatically added to the phonebook.
βοΈ Editing Company Phonebooks

- Login to PBX Web Portal.
- Navigate to Contacts > Phonebooks.
- Select the Phonebook to Edit:
- Click the βοΈ (edit icon) next to the desired phonebook.
- Edit Details:
- Update the phonebook name and other details as required.
- Save Changes:
- Click Save.
Changes are synchronized to users' endpoints (IP phones and IZT Cloud Voice clients).
ποΈ Deleting Company Phonebooks

- Login to PBX Web Portal.
- Navigate to Contacts > Phonebooks.
- Select the Phonebook to Delete:
- Click the ποΈ (delete icon) next to the desired phonebook and confirm with OK.
- Bulk Delete:
- To delete multiple phonebooks, select the checkboxes of the desired phonebooks, click Delete, and confirm with OK.
π‘ Note: Company contacts in the deleted phonebooks remain in the system.
