Export and Import Outbound Routes
The outbound routes configured in IZT Cloud Voice can be exported and saved as a template. You can fill in desired inbound routes in the exported file, and import the file back to IZT Cloud Voice. This topic describes how to export and import outbound routes.
Export Outbound Routes
You can export all inbound routes to a CSV file:
- Log in to IZT Cloud Voice web portal, go to Call Control > Outbound Route.
- Click Export.
- A CSV file is created and downloaded to your device. To check and edit parameters in the CSV file, see Outbound Route Parameters.
Import Outbound Routes
It is recommended to export outbound route data to a CSV file first, and use the file as a template to fill in your outbound routes.
Prerequisites

- Format: UTF-8 CSV
- File Size: Less than 5 MB
- Filename: Less than 1287 characters
- Ensure that all parameters meet requirements. For more information, see Outbound Route Parameters.
Procedures
- Log in to IZT Cloud Voice web portal, go to Call Control > Outbound Route.
- Click Import.
- In the pop-up window, click Browse, and select your CSV file.
- Click OK to start the import process.
- The imported routes will be displayed in the Outbound Route list.
