This topic describes how to download or delete system logs on IZT Cloud Voice.

Download System Logs

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Maintenance > System Logs.
  2. Download system logs according to your needs:
  3. To download all system logs, click Download.
  4. To download specific logs, select the checkboxes of the desired logs, then click Download.

System logs are exported and compressed into a .tar file.

You can decompress the file and open logs by Notepad++ or other editor software.

Delete System Logs

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Maintenance > System Logs.
  2. To delete system logs, click the desired logs:
  3. To delete all system logs, click Delete.
  4. To delete specific logs, select the checkboxes of the desired logs, then click Delete.
