⚙️ System Preferences

This topic describes the preferences settings that will be applied globally to IZT Cloud Voice.

Basic Preferences

SettingDescription
Name Prefix FormatSet a name for the PBX. The name will be used as the external server name when PBX sends external requests.
Date Display FormatSelect a date format: YYYY-MM-DD, MM-DD-YYYY, or DD-MM-YYYY.
Name Display FormatSelect the display format for contacts: Last Name + First Name or First Name + Last Name.
Max Call Duration (s)Set the maximum call duration.

Organization Management

SettingDescription
Organization ManagementIf enabled, you can manage extension users in the same organization.
Company NameSet your company name which will be used as the root organization name.

Distinctive Caller ID Name

SettingDescription
Distinctive Caller ID NameIf enabled, the Caller ID will display the distinct name when a call from a specific place is received.
Display DID/DDI NameIf enabled, the PBX will display the DID/DDI name under DID/DDI mode.

DTMF Preferences

SettingDescription
DTMFSet the DTMF to how PBX send DTMF tones (key presses) when the user presses the DTMF tones. Default is RFC2833 + Inband.

Extension Preferences

Below are default extension ranges. You can change the extension range according to your needs.

Note: IZT Cloud Voice treats the followings as extensions. Users can directly call extension numbers to reach them directly.
