Automatically Switch Agent Status Based on Extension Presence

This topic describes how to set your agent status to automatically change when you change your presence on IZT Cloud Voice Web Client.

Procedure

Step 1: Open Preferences in IZT Cloud Voice Web Client

  1. Log in to IZT Cloud Voice Web Client.
  2. Go to Preferences > Presence.

Choose Extension Presence Status

πŸ” Note: When your extension changes to the presence status, your agent status changes in the queue automatically.
