🛠️ Manage Ring Groups

This topic describes how to edit a ring group and delete ring groups.

Edit a Ring Group

You can edit the ring group settings, including adding or removing a member, or changing the ring strategy.

1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Ring Group.
2. Click Edit beside the ring group you want to adjust.
3. Change the required settings accordingly.
4. Click Save and Apply.

Delete Ring Groups

1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Ring Group.
2. To delete a ring group, click Delete beside the ring group you want to delete.
3. Select the checkboxes of the ring groups you want to delete, then click Delete, followed by OK.
4. Click OK and Apply.
