Block Outbound Calls Outside Business Hours

This section describes how to restrict an extension from making outbound calls outside business hours.

Prerequisites

Required Setup:
You have set global business hours.

Procedure

Follow these steps to set up time-based call restrictions:

Log in to the IZT Cloud PBX web portal, go to Extension and Trunk > Extension, edit the desired extension.

Click the Security tab.

In the Call Restrictions section, select the checkbox for Disable Outbound Calls outside Business Hours.

Click Save and Apply.

Result

Restriction Active:

The user cannot make outbound calls during:

  • Off-duty times
  • Holidays
