π Export and Import Company Contacts
The company contacts configured on IZT Cloud Voice can be exported and saved as a template. You can add desired contacts in the exported file, and then import the file back into the PBX. This document describes how to export and import company contacts.
π€ Export Company Contacts

You can export all company contacts to a CSV file, and then make additions, removals, and changes to the file.
Steps:
- Log in to PBX web portal.
- Navigate to Contacts > Company Contacts.
- Export Contacts:
- Click Export.
- A CSV file is saved to your computer.

π₯ Import Company Contacts

We recommend that you export company contacts data to a CSV file first, and use the file as a template to start with. This way, you can save time and effort.
Prerequisites:
- Format: UTF-8 CSV
- Size: Less than 300 MB
- File name: Less than 127 characters
- Import parameters: Ensure that the import parameters meet requirements (Company Contacts Parameters)
Steps:
- Log in to PBX web portal.
- Navigate to Contacts > Company Contacts.
- Import Contacts:
- Click Import.
- In the pop-up window, click Browse, and select your CSV file.
- Click Import.
- The company contacts in the CSV file will be displayed in the Contacts list.
