This topic describes how to edit and delete scheduled CDR tasks.

Edit a Scheduled CDR Task

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Reports and Recordings > CDR.
  2. Under the Scheduled CDR tab, click edit beside the desired task.
  3. Edit the task according to your needs.
  4. Click Save.

Delete a Scheduled CDR Task

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Reports and Recordings > CDR.
  2. Under the Scheduled CDR tab, do as follows:
  • Click delete beside the desired task.
  • In the pop-up window, click OK.

Regularly review and update your scheduled CDR tasks based on your monitoring and reporting needs.
