🌐 Global Voicemail Settings
This topic describes the global voicemail message settings, including caller options, message options, and greeting options.
Caller Options
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Allow callers to press 0 to break out from voicemail | Allow callers to press 0 to exit the voicemail and reach a specific IVR or an extension. |
| Allow callers to dial extension | Allow callers to dial an extension. |
| Allow callers to press a key for leaving a message | Allow callers to leave a voicemail message after hearing a prompt. |
| Allow callers to review their message | Allow callers to listen to their recorded voicemail message and re-record if necessary. |
Message Options
| Option | Description |

| Max Message Time(s) | Set the maximum duration of the voicemail message. |
| Min Message Time(s) | Set the minimum duration of the voicemail message. |
Greeting Options
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Max Greeting Time(s) | Set the maximum duration of the voicemail greeting. |
| Greeting Selection | Select the greeting that is applied to all users' voicemail by default. |
