🔊 Configure Emergency Notification Prompt

The default emergency announcement reminds the contacts who dialed which emergency number. You can also customize your own prompt.

Procedure

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Control > Emergency Number > Notification Contacts.
  2. Click Notification Prompt.
  3. In the pop-up window, click Upload Prompt.

Note: The upload prompt file should meet the audio file requirements.

  1. In the Prompt Repeat Count field, set how many times you want the prompt to repeat.
  2. Click Save and Apply.
