🔄 Restore Your System from a Backup
In case of data loss or system failure, you can restore the PBX from a backup. This topic describes how to restore data on the PBX.
Prerequisites
- Make sure that you have backed up system configurations and required files.
- Ensure that you understand the restrictions for data restoration.
⚠️
Example: Restoring a backup (version 18.6.0.10) to PBX (version 18.5.7.0) would not work.
Procedure
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to Maintenance > Backup and Restore.
- In the pop-up dialog box, click OK.
- Restart the PBX to take effect.
Result
The current configurations on your PBX are overwritten with the backup data.
Regularly back up and ensure that your backups are stored in a safe location to prevent data loss.
