📤 Export and Import Speed Dial Numbers
Speed dial numbers configured in IZT Cloud Voice can be exported and saved as a template. You fill in the desired speed dial numbers in the exported file and import it back to the PBX again. This topic describes how to export and import speed dial numbers.
Export Speed Dial Numbers
You can export all speed dial numbers to a CSV file and make additions, removals, and changes to the file.
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Speed Dial.
- Click Export.
- A CSV file is created and downloaded to your device.
Note: Only valid numbers and special characters * are allowed. The maximum character length is 7.
Import Speed Dial Numbers
It is recommended to export the speed dial numbers to a CSV file first, and use the file as a template for filling in your speed dial numbers.
Prerequisites
- Ensure the CSV file meets the import requirements:
- Format: UTF-8 CSV.
- File Size: Less than 5 MB.
Note: Only valid numbers and special characters * are allowed. The maximum character length is 7.
Procedure
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Speed Dial.
- Click Import.
- In the pop-up window, click Browse to select and click your CSV file.
- Click Import.
Archived speed dial numbers in the CSV file will be displayed in the Speed Dial list.
