πŸ› οΈ Enable Core Call Service Anomaly Detection

Anomaly in core call service will cause registration dropouts and call failures. IZT Cloud Voice would recover the system when detecting an anomaly. This topic describes how to enable detection and recovery.

Requirements

  • The firmware version of IZT Cloud Voice edition is 84.15.0.16 or later.

Procedure

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Maintenance > Troubleshooting > Advanced.
  2. In the Core Call Service Anomaly Detection, enable the toggle switch.
  3. Configure the settings:
  • Detection Interval (s): Enter the detection interval in seconds (value must be integer and should be greater than 1).
  • Anomaly Confirmation Delay (s): Enter the waiting interval before confirming core call service anomaly (value must be greater than detection interval).
  1. Optional: Allow the system to automatically enable the recovery:
  • Enable the switch of Automatic Recovery from Anomaly.
  1. Click Save and Apply.

Result

The system will periodically check the health of core call service. If the anomaly detection happens, the anomaly is responded to and automatically gets reported to relevant contacts.

If the core call service is recovered by the system, download system log, and contact IZT Cloud Voice Support for analysis.
