✏️ Customize Email Templates

This topic describes how to customize email notification language and email templates in IZT Cloud Voice.

Background Information

If you have enabled notifications for a specific event, and the default email notification language does not notify contacts sufficiently, you can update email templates and set the pre-configured email template language according to your needs.

IZT Cloud Voice provides the following types of email templates:

  • Operations: Changes or updates to extension settings.
  • Event Notification: General system events and error warnings.
  • Security: Alerts security incidents and other warnings when system failure detected, system upgrade/operation occurred.
  • Event Subscription: Emails based on system events (like scheduled tasks).
  • Event Reminder: Reminders related to the subscribed plans and services.

Procedure

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to System > Email > Email Templates.
  2. Set the language of notification emails:
  • Click Notification Email Language.
  • In the pop-up window, select the language from the drop-down list.
  • Click Save. All default templates will be updated to the selected language.
  1. Edit a desired email template:
  • Click Email Templates List, and select the desired email template.
  • In the Email Template Submenu list, select Custom.
  • Edit the email body and subject according to your needs.
