Tables in the PBX Database
When you query your Cloud Voice phone system’s database directly, the data you read comes from the tables described here. This reference covers the tables that hold call detail records (CDRs), queue activity, call transcriptions, and other call-related data, and lists the fields in each one along with what they contain.
