Remove IP Phones/Gateways from Provisioning List
Auto provisioning is the feature that automatically pushes configuration to your desk phones and gateways so you do not have to set each device up by hand. The provisioning list keeps an entry for every phone and gateway Cloud Voice has discovered on the network. When a device is retired or no longer in service, remove its entry by hand so the extension and settings it was holding are freed for reuse.
In this context an IP (Internet Protocol) phone is a handset that connects over your data network, and a gateway is the box that bridges older analog or ISDN lines into Cloud Voice.
