Manage MoH Playlists

Once a Music on Hold (MoH) playlist exists, you can revisit it to rename it, adjust how its tracks play, or point it at a different streaming source. When a playlist is no longer needed, you can remove it entirely. Both tasks start from the same place in the portal.

  1. Sign in to the Cloud Voice management portal and open PBX Settings > Voice Prompt > Music on Hold.
  2. Locate the playlist you want to change and click the edit icon Edit.
  3. Update any of the following as needed:
    • Playlist Name: Give the playlist a different name.

    • Play Order: Choose whether the tracks play in alphabetical order or shuffle randomly.

    • Streaming Music URL: Enter a new address for the streaming source.

  4. Click Save, then Apply.
  1. Sign in to the Cloud Voice management portal and open PBX Settings > Voice Prompt > Music on Hold.
  2. Locate the playlist you want to remove and click the delete icon Delete.
  3. Confirm by clicking OK in the dialog that appears.
  4. Click Apply.
