Manage Emergency Notification Contacts
Once you have set up emergency notification contacts, you can revisit them at any time to adjust who gets alerted and how, or to remove entries that are no longer needed. Both tasks are handled from the same list in the Cloud Voice management portal.
Edit a contact
Section titled “Edit a contact”- Sign in to the management portal and open Call Control > Emergency Number > Notification Contact.
- Find the contact you want to change and click the edit icon
in its row. - Update the contact details or the notification method as needed.
- Click Save.
Delete a single contact
Section titled “Delete a single contact”- Sign in to the management portal and open Call Control > Emergency Number > Notification Contact.
- Click the delete icon
next to the contact you want to remove. - Confirm by clicking OK in the dialog that appears.
Delete contacts in bulk
Section titled “Delete contacts in bulk”- Sign in to the management portal and open Call Control > Emergency Number > Notification Contact.
- Select the checkbox for each contact you want to remove, then click Delete.
- Confirm by clicking OK in the dialog that appears.
